[LocalLeagueVoterService] another question

when you have a moment, dear colleagues, could you send me the answers to the following questions:  what are the main functions of voter services, for ex, candidate events, first vote, take me to vote, voter registration (do you do this at certain locales on a regular basis?)  how is voter services structured? 1 committee, sub-committees (how many and to do what?), frequency of meetings. we desperately need to make some changes in albany county. if there is something i should know that i didn't ask about, could you throw it in?  i need your help and i appreciate it.
