Hi all-
I just wanted to let everyone know that the State League is now on facebook.
TO view the page, you have to register with facebook, but that's fast and
easy - then search for the League of Women Voters of NYS. On the page, we
have posted the Voter's Guide Part 1, photos from Convention, 2009 Election
Calendar and a link for people to donate to the Education Foundation of the
State League. You can become a "fan" of the State League site and receive
updates as we add more to the page. You should also take a look at and
become a "fan" of the national League's site - they have posted recent
alerts and comments from LWVUS President, Mary Wilson.

This is just another way to increase visibility of the League and encourage
discussion on issues. Spread the word to your members and join the action!
