[LocalLeaguePresidents] Big League Raffle

Hi all-
I just realized that we forgot to announce the Big League Raffle winner in
the State Voter issue that was just released (you should have all just
received the May State Voter - it's available on the website if you haven't
seen it yet).

The winner of the Raffle is Joachim Moehs from the Syracuse League.  Joachim
will receive just over $2,100 and the Syracuse League will receive an extra
$426 for selling the winning ticket. All Leagues will be receiving a check
in the next week for their portion of the net proceeds, based on the number
of tickets sold by members in their local League.

So, congratulations to Joachim and to the Syracuse league! And, thanks to
all for your support!
