[LocalLeaguePresidents] voting machines and LWV

The Wayne County Board of Elections is demonstrating the new voting machine
at various places around the county.  It was made very clear to our new,
small, LWV that we were not to be part of it.  We can register voters
nearby, if we wish, but have to make our own arrangements and, as I said,
make it clear that we have nothing to do with the Board of Elections.
