[LocalLeaguePresidents] action alert for gas drilling moratorium on Monday

After receiving the attached from Laura at 5 p.m., I called to thank her 
(and Betsey and Sally) for writing it. She said she was going to send it 
to local league presidents next but that the normal system wasn't 
working so she would use another means. Since I have still not received 
my copy as a local president after an hour and a half, I'm guessing it 
may not have gone through. So I am going to try to send it myself.
