Attached please find Part II of the Legislative Packet and the Lobby Report
Form that goes with it.

 

As you will notice, the Lobby Report Form is interactive, meaning you can
type directly into the form and hit the Submit button at the bottom to send
it directly into the League's e-mail box.  Once you hit send, then you can
click the Reset button at the bottom to clear the form to begin to fill out
a second one.

 

The Lobby Report Form is due as soon possible after you meet with your
legislator or by June 1st at the latest.
