[LocalLeaguePresidents] 2010 Council Kit

Hi all-
Attached please find the 2010 Council Kit in both word and pdf formats (same
document in two formats). Please discuss the items in the Kit with your
members and submit the following reports to the state League office by mail
or fax by JUNE 18, 2010:

1. League Acceptance of Budget Form
2. League Amendment to Program Form
3. Direction to the Board Form
4. Council Report Evaluation Form

A paper copy of the Council Kit was mailed to the President or one
Co-President of each local League today also. We need at least half of all
local Leagues to return the Forms to meet the Council quorum requirements
for adoption of the budget and the program amendment.
