LWV Leaders and Advocates: 
Support for pay equity for job titles of comparable worth has been a League position for at least 17 years, and it would really be nice to make some progress on this issue.  I represent LWVNY on the NYSPEC steering committee and I'm the one who recruited Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli as the speaker and promised that the event would draw 250 people, so I will really appreciate it if you make every effort to attend this event, and if you would forward this invitation to all your LWV members and to anyone else interested in economic, racial or gender justice.
