A Message from Betsey Swan, President:

Recently the state League completed a survey prepared by the LWVUS about the
strength of its operations.  The results of this survey are attached.  LWVUS
is now asking all local Leagues to take the same survey.  Please print your
results and e-mail, FAX,  or send them to the state League.  We will compile
the results and use the results to provide services to local Leagues.
