Dear Carol,
Here is the name and contact information for an expert in air pollution.
He is a wonderful guy who I know through a variety of activities: school,
synagogue, community. He is the guy behind our schools' Science Fairs.

Subject: [LocalLeaguePresidents] Dark Sky Legislation
One of our towns is considering a dark sky bill. Although I am fairly
certain that, in concept, we can support the bill, I am a little concerned
over the "nuts and bolts" of its terms. Does anyone have this kind of
expertise, or know of someone who can vet the bill for us.
Thanks.
