[LocalLeaguePresidents] financial assistance for membership dues

Hi all,
We are in the process of considering how to best offer financial assistance for memberhip dues. We have offered it in the past to individuals who are active members involved in the workings of League who need assistance with paying their dues. Now we are looking at how best to communicate that the aid exists to our members and the public. What would we call it? How would we list in on our membership brochure and our renewal letter? How best to offer opportunities for the public/members to donate to a fund set aside for this purpose?
