Hi Barbara & All,

Yes, the Cortland County League of Women Voters had a guest speaker on this
topic for our annual dinner about 2 years ago. The presenter was Dr. Nadia
Rubaii-Barrett from Binghamton University. She has been conducting ongoing
research into this topic and would be a great resource for anyone wanting
information on the topic of consolidation and shared services. She can be
reached through the College of Community and Public Affairs at BU.
