Barb-
In the course of development of the statewide study on consolidation/shared
services, we have developed a number of contacts with people who would love
to assist you - and/or provide you with other areas in the state dealing
with the same issues. Give me a call and we can talk.
As far as the committee, there are just moving into action, but I assume
that a listserve will be established soon.

The Saratoga LWV has had a request to help conduct a meeting about the
possibility of disolving two villages within a Town in our County. We are
struggling with how to identify the stakeholders in the discussion. We are
willing to moderate a Town Hall meeting if we can be sure that the various
sides of the issue have a chance to voice their opinions. Has anyone had
any experience with this? Is there a list serve for the consolidtion study?
