Hi all-
We have received comments from a few bulletin editors asking if it is still
necessary to distribute the bulletins via this listserve if they are already
available on the website. As much as I would like to receive fewer emails
also, I believe that we should still distribute them. I think very few of
you will really go look at the bulletins on the website, yet if they arrive
in your emails, you might at least open one from a neighboring league to see
activities they are organizing or to see other possible layouts and graphics
for your own bulletin. You can also easily just delete the email if you
don't have time or inclination to view the shared bulletin right away. So,
for now, let's continue to distribute the bulletins on the listserve and we
can reconsider this decision in the near future.

For your information, I have also attached the new 90th Anniversary LWV logo
developed and distributed by national. Feel free to use this logo anytime on
your publications. You might highlight its usage in your next bulletin and
suggest that members visit the national website, www.lwv.org for more
information on the 90th Anniversary celebrations that are planned.

Finally, I just want to praise all the great bulletins that are out there -
I do review them, even briefly, and they really are visually very attractive
and contain a wealth of substantive information. Don't forget to send me
photos of your local events - I would love to post them on the state
League's website. Great job!
