[LocalLeagueBulletinEditors] Voter Ad Again

Hi all-
Just wanted to send you a different version of the possible advertisement to
include in your local bulletins for the paper copies of the State Voter. I
heard from a couple of people that they couldn't open the earlier version. I
have removed the frame that I had included on the ad - feel free to put the
frame back in, use as is or create your own. Hope this helps.
